Spend Only 13 MINUTES Lifting Weights and Get Stronger


Yes you read that right, spend just 13 minutes  lifting weights and get stronger.
This new study published in Medicine & Science in Sports and Excercise compared 3 groups of lifters who lifted just 3x per week- "a low-volume group (1SET) performing 1 set per exercise per training session (n = 11); a moderate-volume group (3SET) performing 3 sets per exercise per training session (n = 12); or a high-volume group (5SET) performing 5 sets per exercise per training session (n = 11)"
The results showed that all 3 groups showed similar increases in strength while the groups that lifted more showed larger muscle bulk. 

This table shows the difference in the strength of specific muscle groups pre and post-training program.

 

 

In other words, if you’re just looking to stay strong and lean, 13 minutes of lifting 3x per week is all you need!
